At anytime you can have your personal data deleted by emailing us on info@citadelcinema.com. Be sure you use the same email address when sending such requests since we cannot delete data for bookings made with an email address other than the one you contact us with.
External Sites
Usually, the movie description includes a link to the site for the respective movie along with an embedded youtube clip for the trailer. We do not have control of what such sites do with your data and such sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. You can do this by sending an email to info@citadelcinema.com but it is very important that when sending such correspondence, you use the same email address that was used when your booking was made. We cannot make changes to bookings that we cannot confirm their belonging to you.
